At Mephisto Genetics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your limited edition apparel and lifestyle goods. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Mephisto Genetics tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
